ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Meeting and greet all customer that arrive on the service drive. Customer should be greeted within the first 30 seconds of appearing on the lane. Customer should always be greeted by name. If name is unknown then should be greeted in a professional Manner.
Perform vehicle preliminary inspection with customers. Review the following: Damages to vehicle, Safety and registration, under hood fluids, filters and belts, tire condition, operation of all external lights, interior of vehicle for any damages, and cluster to confirm mileage and any warning lamps. These should be document.
Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
Keeps a timely shuttle route.
Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires,
cleaning, and general maintenance.
Relieve service advisers when they go on break.
Handle light or simple repair orders such as internal repair orders and Transportation claims.
Maintain and organize service lot daily.
Keep service lane clean and clear of any vehicles not be processed.
Keep shop clean and organized
Scanning of Service repair orders into Reflections system.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
