ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Take photographs and videos of inventory.
- Create content for the dealership websites and social media platforms.
- Inspect websites and social media pages to make sure they are compliant with the manufacturers.
- Answer inbound calls and make sure the customers are connected to the correct departments.
- Follow up with current and past customers in our CRM.
- Schedule appointments for the sales department.
- Contact sold customers to let them know about manufacturer surveys.
- Contact sold and unsold guests to see how the experience was.
- Schedule email and direct mail campaigns with Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Update specials for service, sales, and parts on the dealer websites.
