Internet Marketing Coordinator (Kona)

SUMMARY

Coordinate posts for social media platforms as well as dealer websites. Handle all incoming calls for the sales department and focus on scheduling appointments for potential clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Take photographs and videos of inventory.
  • Create content for the dealership websites and social media platforms.
  • Inspect websites and social media pages to make sure they are compliant with the manufacturers.
  • Answer inbound calls and make sure the customers are connected to the correct departments.
  • Follow up with current and past customers in our CRM.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department.
  • Contact sold customers to let them know about manufacturer surveys.
  • Contact sold and unsold guests to see how the experience was.
  • Schedule email and direct mail campaigns with Sales Manager and General Manager.
  • Update specials for service, sales, and parts on the dealer websites.
