Kama’aina Motors and Kama’aina Nissan in Hilo is looking to expand their sales teams! Build relationships and create customers for life while assisting them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Become Certified to sell New and Used Vehicles and become the vehicle expert by knowing the in’s and out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.

We are looking for candidates to receive our successful and advanced training, to succeed at automotive sales in the Hilo area. No prior experience is necessary, just a “can and will do” attitude.

Guaranteed income during the training period.

Job Type: Full-time with commission

Qualifications:

Have excellent communication and listening skills
Must enjoy working with people
Must be self motivated
Must attend training
Be available to work flexible hours and weekends
Have a professional and well-groomed personal appearance
Must be able to secure a Hawaii State Automotive Sales License
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to speak English
Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract
Responsibilities:

Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to response
Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s and out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Complete paperwork as appropriate and respond to the office as needed
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objections, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
