Appointment Coordinator (Kona)

Kona Auto Center is now hiring a full time Appointment Coordinator.

SUMMARY
Coordinates clients appointments for the service department, contacts clients pre and post their scheduled appointment and plays a key role in maintaining or creating client satisfaction for the business transaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Greets clients either via the phone or in person in a pleasant and professional manner.

Follows appointment process of Kona Auto Center (E&A).

When needed receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from clients; records amount received.

Make change and issues receipts to clients.

Provides refunds or credit memorandums to clients for returned merchandise or as directed by leaders.

When needed works on the service drive in the greeter process.

Works with department leaders to keep abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price.

Answers clients questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.

Handles clients concerns with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers clients to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

Assist in the filing process.

Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed.

Assists as cashier and greeter.

Maintains a professional appearance.

Keeps work area neat and clean.

Full time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K for eligible employees.
